Instructions for use for adults: Remove the protective paper on the back of the patch and attach the adhesive side carefully to skin for optimal effect or to underwear that is in direct contact with skin. The heat patch heats up slowly. It takes around 30 minutes to reach maximum temperature. Leave the patch in place for up to 8 hours without moving it. The patch is for one time use only and should be disposed after use. If discomfort is experienced, remove the patch immediately
Duration of use: Use until symptoms resolve. Consult your physician or pharmacist if symptoms worsen or last for longer than 7 days.
Functional principle: The heat generated by the patch improves blood circulation and the oxygen supply in tissue. The heat also relaxes muscles in the uterine wall. These effects together reduce period pain.
Possible side effect(s): The use of the Menstrual pain heat patches may cause a mild reaction at the site of the patch, such as skin redness or dermatitis.
Use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding:
The use of Menstrual pain heat patches is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Contact your physician or pharmacist:
• If the symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days;
• If you experience blood circulation problems;
• If you experience skin problems;
• If you have rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage or a sensory disorder;
• If you have diabetes.
Composition: Iron powder, Polyacrylic acid, Vermiculite, Charcoal powder, Aqua, Sodium Chloride.
Content: 2 patches.
