Mechanism of action:
Lucovital® Vaginal infections capsules favor the restoration of natural intravaginal physiological condition. They contain Lactobacillus acidophilus, normally present in vaginal flora, and a combination of active components (lactic acid, cranberry) that permit to control the pH constant levels of acidity and that help to prevent the adhesion and proliferation of pathogens
Directions for use:
Use Lucovital® Vaginal infections as a course of treatment for a period of 6 days. Insert one vaginal capsule into the vagina once a day. Insert the capsule before you go to sleep. It is important to wash one’s hands with warm water and soap and that the area surrounding the vagina is clean and dry before inserting the capsule. It is recommended in the case of vaginal dryness to moisturize the capsule with water before inserting it into the vagina. Do not exceed the recommended dose. In some cases, the capsule does not dissolve completely, causing some residue to remain temporarily in the vagina. This is a normal occurrence and the residue will exit the vagina after a while. Lucovital® Vaginal infections must not be used for longer than 30 days in one treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after 4 days.
Ingredients vaginal capsule:
Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, talc, lactobacillus acidophilus vysk8 70 mld, polyacrylic acid, spiny restharrow dried extract (ononis spinosa), cranberry juice dry, lactic acid, titanium dioxide, calcium lactate, magnesium hydroxide, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate.
Use during pregnancy and/ or breastfeeding:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding consult a physician before use.
Possible side-effects:
There is a slight chance of itching, burning sensation, vaginal discharge or malodor. Cease treatment and consult with your physician if any side effects occur.
