Dosage and use (for adults):
Insert one suppository in the vagina every day before bedtime to reduce the symptoms of vaginal dryness. Do not use Lucovital® Vaginal dryness for longer than 30 days without a break.
Remove the suppository from the package by pulling the two sides of the blister apart. Insert the suppository, with the pointed side first, into the vagina. Try to insert the suppository as deep as possible. It is best to do this when lying down with your knees raised towards your chest. The suppository will totally disolve
Mechanism:
The active ingredient is hyaluronic acid. This is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. Hyaluronic acid is capable of absorbing 1000 times its own volume of water. After insertion of the suppositories, the hyaluronic acid will be absorbed into surrounding tissue, after which this tissue is enabled to retain moisture better. The lubricating and moisturizing effects help to relieve symptoms such as vaginal dryness, itching, burning and discomfort.
Side effects:
This product has few side effects, there is a small chance of itching and vaginal infections.
Use during pregnancy and / or breastfeeding:
The use of Lucovital® Vaginal dryness during pregnancy or lactation is only recommended after consultation with your doctor
