Gas & Bloating Relief

Dosage and use: Gas & Bloating Relief capsules are intended to be taken orally. The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years and older is 1-2 capsules 3 times a day for 2-4 weeks. Gas & Bloating Relief capsules should be taken with food or after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water (200 ml).

Duration of use: Do not use Gas & Bloating Relief for longer than 30 days during a single treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after 4 days.

How it works: The active ingredients are a natural mineral clay (magnesium aluminium silicate) and simethicone. These substances are not absorbed by the intestines. The natural mineral clay absorbs toxins, bacteria and rotavirus, preventing them from adhering to the intestinal membranes. Simethicone allows gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines to combine more easily, permitting easier passage of gas.

Possible side effects: Gastrointestinal symptoms are the main side effects of taking natural mineral clay. These may include abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and flatulence.
